Specific operation instructions:

1. Regeneration operation when the tip temperature is 300 °C~360 °C.

3. Clean the tip with solder sponge or copper wire.

4. Plated with a new solder wire layer, the soldering tip can be clean and new.

If the effect of the regeneration is not obvious, repeat the steps 3-4 times until the desired effect is achieved, and then apply a new solder wire layer.

Don’t use before RL-461：Usually use soldering water to wipe the tip, because the brush is too clean, leading to direct oxidation of the tin layer, which is easy to cause burning of the tip, even if the high temperature will not iron tin.

When using RL – 461：The alloy layer of the head of the soldering iron is relatively thin, and if treated with a file, it is easy to completely scrap the iron head. When you have RL-461, you only need to install the used soldering iron head on the soldering iron. After the temperature reaches your usual welding temperature, dip the soldering iron head intoRL-461, and immediately use the tin wire on the head, and repeat several times.

After using： The product is suitable for welding on smooth surface. For example, the welding of two steel wires with smooth surface, the welding of wire, is suitable for all external patch welding (please note that it must be cleaned), not suitable for BGA welding because there is no viscosity!
