Module description:

The sensor module has a strong adaptability to ambient light, which has a pair of infrared transmitting and receiving tubes, the transmitting tube emits a certain frequency of infrared, when the detection direction encounters obstacles (reflective surface), infrared reflections are received by the receiving tube, after the comparator circuit processing, the green indicator light will light up, while the signal output interface output digital signal (a low-level signal), can be adjusted through the potentiometer knob, the effective distance range is 2 ~ 30cm, the working voltage is 3.3V-5V. The detection distance of the sensor can be adjusted by the potentiometer, with the characteristics of small interference, easy assembly, easy to use, etc., and can be widely used in many occasions such as robot obstacle avoidance, obstacle avoidance trolley, assembly line counting and black and white line tracking.

Description of module parameters:

1 When the module detects the obstacle signal in front, the green indicator light on the circuit board lights up the level, while the OUT port continues to output a low level signal, the module detection distance is 2 ~ 30cm, the detection angle is 35 °, the detection distance can be adjusted by the potentiometer, clockwise adjust the potentiometer, the detection distance increases; Counterclockwise modulates the potentiometer to reduce the detection distance.

2, the sensor active infrared reflection detection, so the reflectivity and shape of the target is the key to the detection distance. Among them, the black detection distance is the smallest, and the white is the largest; Small area objects are small distances, and large area distances are large.

3. The sensor module output port OUT can be directly connected to the IO port of the microcontroller, and can also directly drive a 5V relay; Connection mode: VCC-VCC; GND-GND;OUT-IO

5. 3-5V DC power supply can be used to power the module. When the power is turned on, the red power indicator light is lit;
